Foreheadplasty is indicated for patients with heavy droopy eyebrows and excessive transverse forehead creases. It is the procedure of choice to relieve crows feet at the outer eyelid areas. Performed endoscopically, through small incisions behind the hairline, it provides enormous improvement in the appearance of the upper face with no visible scarring. The angry, scowling look of eyebrow descent and the tired sad expression of excess eyelid skin can be instantly relieved.

Blepharoplasty (Eyelid Lift)
The eyes are the first facial feature people observe and unfortunately they are also one of the first to show the signs of ageing. Ageing is an irreversible, relentless process of tissue degeneration resulting in loss of elasticity and stretching of skin Whilst the eyes themselves are expressionless, the eyelids are very important indicators of our emotions. When heavy and baggy they portray a tired look; if hooded with loose skin, an aged look; if elongated and almond shaped with a smooth contour, a fresh youthful look.
Meloplasty (Face Lift)
With ageing, the skin looses its elasticity and stretches. In the face, this produces skin creases and folds, jowls and loose skin, and fat in the neck.
Several types of facelift procedures can relieve these ageing features, by removal of excess skin, suspension of the underlying muscles (SMAS) and rebuilding the supporting ligamentous structures for long lasting improvement.
Rhinoplasty (Nose Job)
Remodelling an unattractive or damaged nose can revolutionise the appearance and restore the confidence of any patient. At the same time, breathing problems and sinus issues can be corrected to result in a healthier and more attractive patient. Pre-operative computerized imaging is used routinely to assist the patient in the selection of the desired result.

Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck)
Abdominoplasty is an operation designed to improve the shape and contour of the abdomen. Each of the relevant layers requires attention. The muscle layer, stretched by obesity or pregnancy, is tightened. The fat is removed by excision or liposuction and the excess skin is excised in a manner that hides the scar beneath the underwear.
Gynaecomastia (Man 'Boobs')
Gynaecomastia describes an unsightly enlargement of the male breast. It can be caused by an abnormality of hormone levels, secondary to a tumour, or to increased ingestion of various hormones by body builders. However, in most cases, the cause of the condition is idiopathic (that means unknown). The treatment is surgical. Often excision of the swelling is performed through a tiny incision along the areola of the nipple leaving an imperceptible scar. In many instances, liposuction is useful as a treatment option. Ultrasonic assisted liposuction (UAL) is available in Dr Olbourne's practice and is very successful in treating this embarrassing condition.
Otoplasty (Prominent Ears)
Prominent ears can be a social problem for children and young adults. To correct this deformity, the cartilage of the ear is reshaped and remodeled through incisions hidden in the crease behind the ear.
